You said I asked for your honest opinions. No I didn't- show me where. I have made comments in forums about how I think we should all rate fairly, and that we should only sub if we're ready for the comments & rates. Not ONCE did I direct the comment to YOU to rate me at all. Ever.
But, this being said, why would I complain about your rating me? Your trying to make it look like I'm mad about a comment or rating you gave me.
Prior to this ever coming up, you have commented on THREE of my songs. On each you gave very good comments, & you gave me a "10" on two of the songs.
So, if you're trying to prove I'm being petty over something like
that it wont work. People have already read your comments on my subs, & seen how you rated me. You, who said you rarely if EVER give a "10". You gave me two of them. So you can't go there.
And, no, I'm NOT sorry I asked for honesty. Everyone so far has been a little too nice actually in their comments. But then, I suggest things to them in a decent manner also.
And again, you have not ranked or commented badly on me YET, so why would I be sorry-even if I was concerned with your views? In your exact words on a bluegrass song: ..."you can SANG it girl" and on a Loretta Lynn song: ".....but I gotta admit, ya blew her out of the water on this one" .
I think I have you figured out though, after reading all my own comments. You have a beef with someone else on here, in another forum, and it happens to be a person I like to listen to, and comment on. So, I was kicked out of your "group" of people to be decent to.
So, I'll be the bigger man here.
Subject dropped as far as I'm concerned. As I said, this is taking too much time that could be spent recording. I did not come here for this stuff.
But, just so ya know, I would STILL not back down from being tested on a "pro" machine. On my best song, or even on my worst song. But, reality check- it's not gonna happen when we live god knows how many miles apart. So, that little test will never happen. Feel free to % me anytime ya want. Not that I'll believe you now, or anyone else who's read our little exchange. But, go ahead. As I said, I'm all for honest criticism.
