All my karaoke files are VOB. What is the best (features, stability) karaoke software that supports this format?

Winamp with the VID4WA plugin will play vob files, and therefore any Winamp based Karaoke hosting software will work.

Many players can play .vob files but the problem with karaoke .vob file iis that most of this player cannot remove the vocal.
