I currently run a Yammy EMX 512 powered mixer. The bar I work at has a nice house system. It is set up FOH and I like to work from the stage. I used a direct box at a different venue once to tie into the house system so I could control things from the stage, but I can't remember how to hook things up. Hopefully the gear gurus here can point me in the right direction. It would save me bringing in my speakers, etc. if I could tie into the house system. Thanks for the help

If you're going to use a direct box to do it (you really should just be able to send the main out to a stereo input channel on their console) you'd just run the main outs from the front of the EMX 512 to a stereo direct box and then from the direct box run to a pair of channels on their mixer. Pretty straight forward.

The jacks marked "Main Out" on the EMX512sc are unbalanced so if you are sending the signal over any distance at all a direct box would be the preferred method. As previously stated, just run from the "Main Out(s)" of the EMX to an open Input Channel(s) on the house board.
