Never had one iota of problem with their support. Only needed to use them 2 times though & that was a couple years back, but had a daul 18" sub that our soundman popped, they sent replacements the day after we called & told us to send the old ones back in the SA packaging.
Next was an amp, they had a support guy talk to me for about an hour then traced the problem to one of the modular cards told me how to remove it & they sent me a replacement.
I would put their customer support from my experience higher than some of the others - including Mackie.
