I'd like to make a simple slide show to run just before I start the show. Just a quick introduction using pictures and text. I use a JVC, so the VCD format should work. What would be the easiest way to create this?

MOVING pictures??? or just one image after the other, like the utilities discs???
I use karaoke builder for mine, and karaoke builder studio is rumored to be able to do video files!! Unsure about that!

You could try ulead's dvd picture show makes dvd's and vcd's and is fairly simple to use.
