Sorry, just feel like celebrating a little. This past week we completed mastering of the first album on the new Pro-Tools rig in our recording studio. The renovation progject has been a long time in completion (and there are still things to do) but we're up and running. Not only is this exciting for me in terms of getting the studio back on line, I'm personally celebrating the fact that this is the first album for which I'm credited as the recording engineer in CD cover!! I've made a number of recordings of myself for informal projects but this is the first album for distribution that I've engineered for a recording artist!! WOOHOO!!

It's all downhill from here.

Yeah I don't know that it makes me somebody, but it is nice to have the first album in what will hopefully be a nice portfolio of my work.
