Well so far i have the following

A&H Zed 12 FX Mixer
Dbx 266 XL
Yamaha P5000S Dual Channel Power Amp
BBE 882I SONIC MAXIMIZER
2 Yamaha Br 15 speakers
Couple SM 58 mics

Been thinking about adding a Yamaha SW118V Sub down the road.
What else besides the sub could i add to round out my system?

Would i see any benefit with a dual channel 31 band EQ?

You purchased a really nice mixer and amplifer and speakers I wouldn't use as end tables.

The BR series speakers are just terrible. I would look at a better set of speakers.

Well if you've got money burning a hole in your pocket, here are some suggestions on what you could add to your rig (besides subs which you've already mentioned).

* A vocal monitor for the stage (would be my top priority if I were you)
* A mono 31-Band EQ for the stage monitor
* A 2-Channel 31-Band EQ for the main mix
* A good outboard multi-effects processor (Higher end Lexicon or T.C. Electronic)
* An outboard delay unit (T.C. Electronic D-Two would be the dream unit here)
* If you use "fill" music between singers, get a second compressor with side-chain input and use it for ducking

I like the Lexicon MX400 fx processor, which has pretty good reverbs and also has good delays and a tap-tempo button. This is the only FX unit I need for bar-bands and karaoke because it is very easy to use one set of I/O for both reverb and delay on vocals, and the other I/O to fatten up an acoustic guitar or drum. I send it two auxes and bring the signals back to the board on 4 channel strips.
