I'm down to two regular gigs now. I'm really feeling a bit a pinch right now as I have not been able to replace the gigs I lost. Going out to the VFWs tomorrow. Wish me luck!

I lost two in two weeks and started two new ones two weeks later....these places are depending on me to bring up their attendance. So far so good. One of my new ones is an Eagles lodge - they're so happy to have quality. I'm glad I can provide it. Losing a gig is the worst feeling in the world - especially without a warning. Keep on chuggin'.

I wish you all the luck in the world, koyote. I know how it is to lose a gig. Keep on truckin', brother!

No attendance primarily. My departure, and replacement hasn't increased or improved the bar situation, and in one case, they aren't doing anything on the open night.

My other two gigs are rock solid kickin' every week. Both of those gigs have bar owners that partner with me to make it happen.

Go figure, that if you own a bar, you actually have to do things to promote what you are doing there so people will come. What a silly concept.

Good luck with the VFW. We have an American Legion here and when they have it, the place is packed. But they only do it 3 -4 a year. I wished they'd do it more because I think it would bring some desperately needed cash in the doors.
