Hello everyone,

I need some help on hooking up to more than one tv. I am interested in wireless connections for numerous tv's and was wondering the best way to go about it. I use compuhost and have a vga converter LKV-2000 for my monitor and one other bar tv but they are "wired". HELP.

For real?? No help? C'mon, I'm lost as an easter egg here! thanks

I think what you're looking for is a wireless video tranmitter, and receiver. They are all over the net. Just do a search for wireless video tranmitter. Hope this helps.

You would have to have a receiver for each TV and not sure if one transmitter would cover it as they have to be a matched pair in the send/receive frequencies. You could buy a lot of cable for what it would cost to do this. If you are in a permanent club it might be worth running cable.

Just like srnitynow said do a search (i did) and you will come up with lots of choices.

I have weekly gigs here and there and would just like the option of hooking into more than one tv without the hassle of more wires, etc. Wireless senders, are indeed all over the net i was just wondering if anyone had any particular one they could recommend. Thanks for the help, I aprreciate it!

I have and on occasion use the X10 Wireless Video Sender but I think with this particular unit, to use more than one you would need a sender for every receiver.
Both the sender and receiver have a power plugin as well as the video cable so either way you are still messing with cables of one sort or another. As stated, if you can just connect with coax, RCA or s-vid that would be my first choice as well.
Most of the bars I have worked have multiple TVs "in line" so just hook up to one and set the channels on them all and away you go.

At the chicken wing place down the street from me uses some kind of mini dish system? I spy a little transmitter on the wall, and then 3 projectors, suspeneded from the cieling, each have a little "dish" mounted on them. The thing works, okay, lotta dropped frames, etc.

All my gigs have one to three plasmas per venue. All but one can be reached with a 25' cable. My thuesday gig I have a permanent 50' cable to the furthest plasma.

Wireless video and speakers are hasles I prefer to keep out of my setup. If it is a permanent gig, run cables, speakers or video.

Well wire is cheap. Most likely bars do not use any of the other inputs on their tvs. I lucked out all the places I work have s-video on their tvs. I just perminatly installed wire at all 4 of the bars that I work.

Find out where the central sender is where it is split from & connect right before that in whatever form it is - 9 out of 10 times it's still coax from my experience. Convert your signal to that & go through their spilitter.

I was looking for something like this as I had a similar problem but I didn't have a practical solution from here. Is there anyone who really tried it??

Tried what? I've hooked into the central sending unit to get the signal to all tv's in the house before.
