OK, I finally booked my trip to Malaysia and Singapore (hopefully, depends if my cousin who is moving there is settled in by the time I get there). I am going to travel to meet with Jian! I will be leaving at the beginning of April and return a couple of weeks later.
I considered several destinations, including India, China, Costa Rica, Brazil and others but chose Malaysia. I am going mostly for the food and taking pictures (photography being my passion). I am looking forward to it.

Ohhh Ben have lots of fun my friend...hey it looks like I might not make SF. Ben, you forgot to mention karaoke singing.  . There are a few must-see places in Kuching and after that I will drive you up to my old village, if time permit.

Vicky: Sorry you will miss SF. I could have shown you around! Well, maybe next time. I guess that means you will be in LA area. Maybe I will drive down and see you there. Keep me informed of when and I will come down. It's only 6 hour drive down to LA and I have relatives down there I can crash with.
Jian: Thanks so much for you help. I am looking forward to my visit. Yes, singing will definitely part of it. I even got confirmation from my cousin so I will be visiting Singapore as well. See you soon.

Had steamboat dinner with Ben last night, then off to sing in a nearby karaoke house. Luck was with us, the place was not pack and we had more turns to sing. Ben will post some picture when find a way to connect with the net.
Tonight, I get my camera ready; more local food and karaoke with GRO.

- I'm not so certain Jian. I was better than I am now over a year ago, but I was practicing hours a day. I'm progressively getting bad again. It's just a matter of time, assuming I'm not already the worst singer
