I do not believe any download site is legal personally. Will not use any of them, especailly withall the crap going on with having to prove you have a disc for every song & most download sites stating for personal/not commercial use only.

angst check out the Click Here to Start Singing Now in my site, I think this might work for you. There are 18,000 songs that are stored in your personal digital locker on the site after you buy them, they are never saved on your computer this way you are 100% legit 100% of the time.

Thanks so much for all the input 
I like Tricerasoft's setup... seems legit, has a lot of choices, plus the volume discount option. I downloaded some samples from them and they sounded pretty good too.

Not so sure about the Chartbuster sales, it looks like it's just a link to the Chartbuster website. I didn't really explore it that much because CB's download page is such a pain to navigate that it's not worth the time or effort to deal with.

If you are talking about karaoke-singles.com, they offer downloads of Chartbuster. That tells me it is illegal. People can do what they want, but they should know.
As for our spamming Ralph, I am doubting a legal library of 18000 songs for a guy posting these types of links to the forum.

I noticed karaoke.com also has some downloads available. Some in mp4 format, some in mp3+g format.
