Well being that i'm bguessing you just randomly downloaded a bunch of songs not in cd order. There are a few karaoke programs that will let you make a book from your library. I just can't find the names right now but I think compuhost hast this option.

Other option is to find a hard drive list creator and import and sort the file into excell.

For a simple to use program that will use your songfiles to create a database try the songlist creating program from www.tricerasoft.com as it is not only simple to use but cheap to buy.

Compuhost doesn't create songlists. It's sister product does though, it is called Fast Tracks. You have to get the plus version to use your mp3+G files to create a database.

Poly, just wanted to make sure that you plan on using these 10,000 tracks that you aquired from various sources for your own recreational home use. If not, there are pretty severe legalities involved unless you own each and every karaoke CDG disc that these digital tracks came from.

(Come on....somebody was going to say it!!)

Lets get this straight. You are actually admitting on a forum of pirating music? 18,000 songs does not cost $70. Unless you have those same songs in CD+G disc format to go along with those songs, you can expect a visit from Sound Choice or Pop Hits Monthly with the request to cough up over $8000 to make them go away.
