(Bugs fell out of the thatch)..
And yes, most guys would have mis-heard you..

Thanks for the linky to the Micra. Is the grille design on your car the same as in the pic linked? I know it's a March elsewhere in Asia. We in the US do not get this car. The smallest Nissan we get (not including the sports cars) is the Versa which I think is a Tiida in NZ. NZ and Oz get some real cool stuff to drive.

Vikki, my phone doesn't accept Texts. I have that service blocked.
If anything, post here.... I'll check about an hour before I head out to the Airport. Look for an obese bald guy in black jeans and a t-shirt with a big smile on his face. Hopefully, if u clear Customs fast enough, I can get u to your Hostel, and we can go Downtown for some Cappuccino and the best Italian Pastries I know of in NY. The place I have in mind closes at 11:45 PM.

Not to worry! HWY 45 is almost a straight shot for me to Bab's show.

Well.... I'm soooo happy!!! I'm the first one from the States to meet Vikki. She is so charming (love her accent). I greeted her at the airport with a sign that said "Morgan Le Fay." That brought a big smile to her face. After taking her to check in at the Hostel, we hightailed it downtown to Veniero's Pastry Shop. While heading downtown, I was able to give Vikki a mini tour of Manhattan (and she was able to take a few pictures along the way). We made it to Veniero's, but they closed a few minutes earlier than they were supposed to. Some other tourists stopped by and tapped on the window, and begged and pleaded, so they let us all in for some last minute purchases. We then brought our newly gotten booty to a Cappuccino place that I know of in The Village (Greenwich Village), and we sat outside for Cappuccino. The Waitress asked if we wanted any desserts, and I was honest with her (I told her that we had brought our own), and she didn't object to it (I gave her a little extra in the TIP for that).
Monday will be a long day for us, as I will be acquainting Vikki with our Subway system (as we make several stops between Manhattan and Brooklyn (Junior's Cheesecake is on that list)).... So much food... so little time.

So you've landed in the states? That must be why all the thunder and lightening and electricity flicking off yesterday?
I wish I could get to SoCal in time for the par-tay, but I really don't think it's going to happen this time. I'll just have to view all the pics, maybe I can snag one and edit my photo in there via photoshop and we'll just pretend I was there?
Have fun... sounds like you are!
