Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to find all of Garth's big hits. I have a few but this place that I got a gig at has some big Garth fans. Anyway, SC and Chartbuster no longer make them. SC has even pulled them from the foundation series which I would have bought.
Anyway, I came across this...
http://www.karaokestar.com/rsz609brgarb.html
It's basically most of his big hits by Radio Starz. The question is...
Is Radio Starz any good? I don't have anything by them so I don't know how the quality of their songs are.
Thanks,
Alan

I have both of Radio Starz Garth Brooks discs and they are fantastic. Buy them both if you can find them. They are well worth the money.

Don't know that disk, but in general Radio Starz has excellent music quality. Their lyrics production is unremarkable, but the sound is great. Their Steely Dan disk blew away a professional musician I know -- he is a huge Steely Dan fan and was amazed at the players they had.

I have the Pearl Jam, Van Halen, Melissa Etheridge, Journey, and Barenaked Ladies discs. Radio Starz are excellent quality! If ever come across anymore, I'll be snapping them up as fast as I can!

I found a brand new Neil Diamond Radio Starz at the Goodwill for $2.99, unopened. Great music. Have most of the other ones, too. They were great. Disappointing when they stopped manufacturing.

Another thumbs up from me.... I have some of their Dixie Chicks cdg's, which have a lot of bluegrass instrumentation in them, and they are top notch.

Yup, the Dixie Chicks Radio Starz has the long instrumental break in Sin Wagon...I accidentally played a different version for a singer the other night - got caught at the far end of the room jawing, think i had plenty of time to get back to the stage -- no instrumental break! Run, run, run.

I have some other D/C cdg's that are god awful (esp. the backup singers).... to me, none can even come close to comparing with the Radio Starz. And they're pretty comparable, musically, to the originals. Yep yep.

The Radio Starz discs are ok, not great quality by any means, but very passable for most of their versions & do have songs that are not available on other quality brands. They are still worth the money spent for them.
