I can't tell you the birth date of any of my family.
I know to the hour when I quit smoking.

What do I get?
I am coughing worse than when I smoked.
I don't get irritable but got stressed last week and I wanted one sooo much.

I get it now.......it's funny, we post comments on here, that would be better understood if the other people could see our faces..... ....sometimes using the emotions on the left can help emulate our faces, but even with them, sometimes we are misunderstood.........actually having me believe that you just thought I mis- spelled it was pretty funny.......so you got me.....lmao......

As for the quitting smoking, Jerry, congrats on getting this far. You may always have cravings, but they do get less intense and less frequent. Or they may go away completely.
If you're willing to try, go to a hypnotist.
That's what I did and after that one session, I never smoked again, nor will I ever. I have ZERO cravings for it and life is so much better without it.
Best $75 I ever spent.
That was over 8 years ago and I smoked for close to 35 years...

Diafel, you are the third person from whom I've heard this. I have some very good friends who smoked almost two packs a day each. They each had an appointment with a hypnotist, both stopped smoking AFTER THE FIRST SESSION. Neither have smoked since, not even tempted. They just bought a house with their ciggy savings. Now if my husband would just believe it....
