thinking about getting a Behringer EUROLIVE B1800D-PRO powered sub
http://www.behringer.com/EN/Products/B1800D-PRO.aspx

My one setup will be an easy hookup from the EQs XLR sub output. But I have a guy that is using my 2nd setup to do some DJ work and was wondering if I would be able to hook the sub to the EUROPOWER PMP2000 via the pre-amp left/mono output?

The pre-amp left/mono output on the pmp 2000 is a 1/4 inch plugs, and the inputs on the sub are balanced xlr. Would one of theses work?

Yeah I know there is no crossover, but just curious if it would work.

Looks like a piece of junk powered sub if you ask me.

Just take a pre out of your powered mixer to the sub, the cables you listed will work.
