In other words, SC is keeping the tradition alive and naming WAY MORE innocent people than those they can prove anything against. As a matter of fact, so many unproven allegations have been made by SC that there is already grounds for harrassment on their part. Another possible class action suit.


One could also use this information in court ( along with the attachement of their logo to so many unlicensed tracks) to decrease or destroy any credibility they might have.

There have been so many people named without proof that these would be considered merely nuisance suits.

They are destroying their own case.

Anyone who can be intimidated now has to be pretty much out of the loop.

Yes because I had accidently edited a post I thought was mine. Obviously it was yours. Since I cannot return what I had edited I have removed the offending post & the others that referring to it. It was not intentional to make it look like your post, I am sorry for that.
