Did anything ever become of the 1st round of lawsuits that were filed in VA, MD, or NC??

Did everyone settle with SC??

Four of those named in the first Va suit refused to settle or submit to an audit.They were dismissed without prejudice at Sound Choice's request a few weeks ago, only to be RE-named in the suit just filed.

Given past schedules of the "rocket docket" court dates were due to be set for the first case in the next couple of weeks.
