*" Tsaminamina" means Come.
* "Waka waka" means Do it - as in perform a task. Waka is pidgin language meaning walk while working.
* "Tsaminamina zangalewa" means where do you come from?.
* "Wana" means it is mine.
* "Zambo" means wait.
the "eheh" is a chant, like singing a note for the musics sake, not a word.
Its Fang (Cameroonian) not Sanskrit. (source: Wikipedia)

Re Waka Waka:
What is funny is I also looked up the Freshly Ground part which I had read was in Zulu. I went to a Zulu to English translation page and it had an announcement at the top: "If you are looking for Shakira's new song, it is not in Zulu." Must have gotten a lot of traffic on that page. But I have read that one little part in the middle is Zulu. It translated something like "for those who go overseas" or I already forget. With the one Spanish line, that makes 4 languages in one song.
The SBI version has the wrong words on the "Zulu" part, by the way. Makes it a challenge to do.
