There's a loaded question if ever there was one. It depends on your budget, and what sound quality you will be satisfied with. You can buy Nady SP5s for as little as $5 each and might be happy, though on a budget, a better bet might be Behringer XM8500s. The industry standard Shure SM58 is around $99. They're all wired, so figure some cash for the cables too, and stands.
However, though you now have mics and a music source, you still need to have a mixer to mix them both together. You'll be wanting one with built in effects (voices will sound flat without). Investigate small Mackie or Behringer mixers, making sure they have effects.
