If you're willing to get what you pay for, CompuHost is the best. If you're working on a shoestring budget then JustKaraoke will fit the bill.
But my advice is to test drive all softwares that have demos to see what features they have that you are looking for.

MTU Hoster works great on both my 32 & 64 bit Vista.

I use Sax n' Dottys. Im running a macbook pro os X. Im running parallels and windows 7.
I have had zero problems and everything runs smooth. Before the switch I used Sax n' Dotty with 32 and 64 bit versions of Vista with no issues.

Try Karma, but turn off User Controls. Don't need them anyway.
