Well.. they're just putting out what's charting.. and rock is kind of dying on the vine at the moment.

I mean, it's forked into several dozen directions, and none of it's current incarnations seems to resonate with your average listener in a major way.

But Rock and Roll is a lot like the record.. it always has a habit of coming back around.. and i'm sure eventually we'll have another 'Rock Revival' for a few years like we did with the 'Seattle Sound'

Until then, I can't see karaoke manufacturers putting a whole lot of energy into producing a 'rocksclusive' disc. It's far more cost effective to slide in the occasional charting rock song in on the 'Pop' disc.

It's not Rock, it's only Pop Rock that people play on the radio. Have the Jonas Bros grow their hair longer, put some black eyeliner and dress in black, give them a growl or scream in the songs and then you'll have todays Rock band. When kids have their fave bands of The Devil Wears Prada, Bring Me The Horizon, and Avenged Sevenfold included with Justin Beiber, Miley Cyrus, and Travie McCoy. Paramore is basically the fenceline dividing the two sets.
