I've had the bag for about 17 months.
Sweet! Nice to see a company standing behind their product, especially longer than a year!

I agree, they've been good at getting back to me. The bad part is the bag is very durable. The handle is not! 1st time it broke was after 2 gigs. It's not broke this time, just stuck in the "in" position.

Diafel, I may have to check out your 'tool' -- will be up in BC at the end of Sept. Right now: Big plastic crate for computer (don't use a lappy but that is the next step - we use a small PC, flat screen monitor, and wireless keyboard & mouse) -- bubblewrap to protect each item. Plastic crates for mics, extension cords, cables, etc. Milk crate for books but those will become spiral bound pretty soon, too - just have to have time to recreate the book for that format. Slowly but surely getting everything downsized.

The bag I use, depends on how dirty I am transported. A set is a messenger type of knitting bag, which has some useful long-and short pockets inside the plastic, paint brushes, my Holbein-type layout, palette, water bottle, cuttings absorbed, tissues, pencils, etc. My pad of paper, loose sheets of the fourth folder is not on board to slide into the outside pocket.
