Hi all! I have been a DJ for 10 years I added a Karaoke element to my setup due to the wife kids loving to sing. I am so glad I did! I am using PCDJ for my karaoke software. My father performs at retirement homes and is now interested in using karaoke software for his shows. PCDJ does not seem to have the features he needs. He basically is looking to create a playlist of 20 songs with key changes and have the playlist saved for his next gig with key changes already in there. I dled the demo of JustKaraoke 1.0 and it seems to do what we need it to do, but before we buy it, I wanted to check with the experts to see if thats the best software package for him.

First of all, welcome to the forum... second, this is a question that is better served in the technical part of the forum. There are some pretty good minds hanging around to assist you in any of your questions, tons of experience in there!

But to simply answer your question, yes, JustKaraoke does indeed save your list and in the key that you save it in as well. It doesn't create a "playlist", but simply a history of songs that have been sung in each singers list. You can however, just move them around in any order after you have loaded the singers history. Other programs will do much the same thing. But JustKaraoke is an inexpensive program with lots of features. I think you would be happy with it.
