I recently downloaded the trial of the program Adobe Audition 3. I am using it to record myself singing a karaoke version of a song. I can record my voice just fine, but I can't find a way to have the track in the recording also. Is there a way I can combine both my singing and the karaoke track to make an overall song? Please help me. I need it for school, for a project that is due monday. Thanks so very much.

Take your voice track and import it to audacity along with the music track and mix them together. There are youtube videos that show you how to do it if you are not familiar with mixing software.

You are probably using Adobe Audition in EDIT mode.
Switch to MULTITRACK mode.
It should be straight forward now.
