Elvis Presley - Suspicious Minds
I usually sing the DK version. I like it because it's not abreviated.
I've been trying different versions lately in search of a version that comes close to the one Harvey Keitel sang in the movie Finding Graceland. I like the way it starts out kind of slow and then picks up and rocks the latter half. I sang one similar once and had alot of fun with it, but it was a place I don't normally go, and I paid no atteniton to who made it.
I appreciate any suggestions so I don't have to try them all.

The Pioneer version is similar, but it's starts of in the regular tempo. Haven't heard one that speeds up like that.

Thanks for the suggestion.
They had about ten different versions, and none are Pioneer. I'll keep checking for it at other venues.

I have a version from Music Maestro that seems to be the stage version. It's really fast all the way through apart from the slow bit which is...erm...slow. And it has all that frantic drumming at the end.
Could that be the one you're thinking of?
If you find it hard to trace let me know and I'll see if I can help you find it.

Did you find what you were looking for? Your question intrigued me. I dropped the mp3 file from Zoom's ZM6-3-08 into Audacity, selected the tail-end of the music (from just before the drums would have sped up) and increased the tempo by 25%. Sounded pretty good to me. I suppose you could slow down the first part a touch if you wanted to. Then, if you redid the CDG file in Karaoke Builder Studio, you'd have something pretty close to what you want. PM me if I can be of any more assistance.

My instinct says Music maestro as well, and as the proud owner of a recently purchased collection I'll sing it tomorrow night and see what the track does towards the end. I only listened to the begining of the track and noticed it was different but didn't pay a lot of attention.
Zoom is my prefered version for customers, although it can go on a bit at the end. It might be worth listening to Dwight Yoakam's version and seeing if that is the one you are thinking of.

MM version is faster than any version I've heard to date it slows down for the bridge and the continues at its initial pace. The track fades out towards the end and then comes back for a big finish in a similar way to SC.

Most, like DK and SuperCore, are studio versions. The only two uptempo versions that are worthwhile ( IMHO) are:
Music Maestro MM6070- 5 ( The Aloha Concert version) Fast-SLOW- fast again. Top Hits THCOL03-13 - Not my favorite, but there IS a tempo change up in there, and it may be the one you're looking for.
