Im not sure what program u use, but I subscribe to the kj package from Chartbuster and can download from that service. You can do it without their service as well with another software. I use Kjams pro and can access their library from it without a subscription and download if desired.

Alot of the songs are only Streamable. Anything they have the rights to publish for download you can. But there are thousands available from their "chartbuster" store you have access to as well (without the subscription).

Are you using the KJ Media Pro HD?

@ Rumbolt, Yes I am a working KJ. But I use Kjams Pro...and I subscribe to the Chartbuster streaming Karaoke program for WORKING professional KJ's. It's legal and it's not the media pro hd, that is a totally different animal all together.

A review would be great. Thanks in advance.

So far I have been using the wifi at the venu, and it works perfectly. There have been a couple of venus that do not have wifi, and for that i just bring out my regular books. We have over 8k 1:1 so its not a big deal. But when we have the internet it opens up thousands more. I have not purchased a wifi card yet, but have given it some thought for the times when we are playing where its not available. As far as download time, its very fast. Usually 6-15 seconds and its ready. AND it will cache the next song you have up in advance so its ready to go for you. Sound quality is the same as disc. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has given it some thought.

I think eventully our industry will transition to some type of streaming service as wifi improves overall. It will be the next big thing after having laptops repalce discs.
Thank you for the updat of the service and keep us posted to any changes.
