My Granddaughter has a karaoke machine and I want to download and burn her a cd for her machine. Does anyone know which sites are best to download good sounding songs and which software to use to burn that she will have the lyrics show on the screen

The stock burning apps that come with today's PC's wont handle the +G portion.

You can buy & download songs from many sources but i recommend Chartbuster and Tricerasoft.

Some of the download sites like Selectatrack and Karaoke Version will provide a free burning program if it is just for home use. But they will specify it can't be used commercially and will have "Not For Commercial Use" appear on the screen ahead of each song. But for home use it is fine.
