You need to read about their history. They deserve everything they got. There were lawsuits and consent judgments against them over the past few years that totaled almost $3,000,000 .

And that is before this recent $389,000.00 default judgment against them. whether you like to admit it or not, they had been pirating music for years.

The recent sales of their hard drives and disk were nothing more than a last-minute firesale before making their exit.

This is not a bakery, I'm not out to sugarcoat everything in sight.

I would love to read the court documents. You have a link to them? I've researched and only found documents relating to them suing others, and of course the recent CAVS case.

Wow, that is a hefty judgement. The initial judgement was rendered in 2006, this appears to be a followup in 2008 because Sony wasn't getting paid on the initial 2006 judgement. CB was ordered to cease distribution and destroy the songs that Sony protested, I wonder which ones those were? Do you have a link to the initial complaint by Sony? That would make for some good reading.
