The http://www.mykaraokecdg.com.au/ domain name is registered to SoundChoice though. See for yourself : Go to http://whois.ausregistry.net.au/ and type in mykaraokedcg.com.au and then type in the verification word and press submit.

What defines a pirate? Someone who has not paid for the music they are using. So I'm not sure what your complaint is. There is a long list of people we've put out of business instead of selling them music. What else would you have us do? How many are on this list? How can we verify this? It's easy to make unverifiable claims like the "long list of those you have put out of business" but it seems that all they are is unverifiable claims designed to shut down any criticism without offering any substance.

So apparently this means that SC does NOT sell tracks out of the U.K. as well, they just license someone else to sell their tracks out of the U.K.
i guess it depends on what your definition of the word "is" is.
