Unfortunately I'm feeding the mains from my board (Mackie 1604VLZ Pro) into a Digital Behringer DJ Mixer. The house DJ has programed a semi dedicated line in for karaoke and the sound is good, but the couple of times I've been able to go straight into the DBX, there's been a noticeable difference both in sound and the amount of head room I have.

Congratulations........maybe you should change your alias to TrippleThreat...... Keep in mind.......sometimes getting gigs is easier than keeping gigs......people are funny.....

Ohhhh.... I am so happy to see another of us getting gigs!! I posted elsewhere about a 1 per week gig moving to 3 (and cutting out an illegal that was working 1 nite there.. I know odd: we were sats and he was suns.. but now we will be Sat. thru Monday!! AND today I got another call for just one night a week but that would move us from 2, to 4.. then to 5 per week! New place has their own system... we'd bring mics, monitor and computer. YAY.. .Me and Chris can happy dance together!!
