How many songs are in karaoke format, not including repeats. I hate when people boast that they have 500.000 songs when in reality they have tens of thousands of repeated songs, such as 30 version of crazy by Patsy Cline. Does anyone really know? I think that in reallity it's more like 30.000 without repeats.

There is no way to answer that with all the manus around the world. Many of which aren't even listed in book maker databases. i-croons shows over 671,000 karaoke tracks listed as available - that includes dups.
But I am willing to bet it is over 200,000 easily without dups - this includes foreign language karaoke.

When people ask how many songs I have, I say "I have a Bazillion".

When they ask me, I tell them I have enough for them to sing for a entire month without sleeping or eating or singing the same song twice. I think that's enough.

I would estimate 30-35000 english songs are available. I know I have just under 26,000 in both systems ( I just redid my books this week)
