piracy". What it may be is bad business. Piracy is STOLEN music. These people PAID for the music, shifted it, and are making what is NOW a bad decision in a litigous to sell what they are no longer using.
While this may no longer be a very bright idea ( making them no longer
compliant to a 1:1 concept, and thus an easier target for "settlement" money) it has nothing whatsoever to do with
"piracy".
