If they can add the ability to read the KMH header that Hoster uses for video files, then it wouldn't be an issue, I wouldn't need to rename anything. They do read the KMA files Hoster uses just not the KMH headers.

Shoot Bob an email. He is pretty responsive. If they are already reading Hoster information for some items I would think he could add that pretty easily.

Tricerasoft added that ability for their Kiosk at my request. Still playing with that though, haven't got it quite right.
Email sent, we'll see what happens.

No go. His response to my question if they could add the other MTU Hoster extention so I could catalog my video files.
I'm sure there is but I also don't want to further encourage the use of
these non-standard formats. My question to you would be, why are you using
this format?

Oh well, wasn't holding my breath. Looks like a decent book maker program otherwise. Not going to spend the money on something I cannot use without major alterations of each and every file I have.

I use the Tricerasoft Super Remote Request Tool and I love it. It's easy to set up and use. I was thinking of using their hosting software because it interacts really well with the KIOSK, but it can't show video karaoke so that might be the deal breaker. I have a bunch of video karaoke.

Which Tricerasoft hosting program are you considering? I'm using JustKaraoke 2.0 and it plays my mpg files. You may just need to install the proper codec.
