**UPDATE**

OK, the chocolate didn't help, didn't figure it would. Besides, I am not a chocoholic either.

I am realizing that my life if in chaos, and if I can't grab hold of it and rebuild my self esteem, then all is in vain. I made the decision a week or so ago to earnestly seek out professional counsel. And did find it. Had my first visit with him only to be told something that I was pretty sure I already knew. But, we will see where this leads me.

Tonight, tho, I made the first steps in regaining my life back. So, I told my the manager at my Thursday night show, they will need to look for another host. I have had enough. What I feel I need to do is focus on me, and valuing my worth and the worth of my time. I will stay another week or two, just long enough for her to find a replacement. And I won't look back.

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and your wise input. It truly is appreciated. If nobody EVER tells you how much you impact their lives,,, let me tell you this much, I haven't met any of you (except Ripman "Bob") from the forum here, but many of you have given me strength, hope and maybe even a little wisdom. You ALL truly inspire me and I am grateful.

Sending what love and light I can to each of you.

@Mrscott: just like the proverbial phrase "the straw that broke the camels' back" implies, removing just one overwhelming factor can dramatically change your life. My life for 2012 was waayyy out of control, and my wife and I are only beginning to enjoy life as it was "pre2012". Take control, find something fun, relax even when you think you don't have the time, AND tell the people close to you how much they mean to you. Good luck

Roger

Good luck Scott and glad you are getting help. 4 years ago I was at the bottom with no where to go but up. It's about getting back up, holding your head up and knowing that life has ups and downs and you will get thru it. Pulling for you!
