Do you include all that hired an attorney and then underwent audits/Settled ?
Most that I have spoken with have advised the client to just undergo and audit if they have the discs or settle if they do not as legal fees will outweigh the cost very quickly.
Do you include all those that hired attorneys and dropped them mid-process ?
This defendant had an attorney in the beginning.
Or just those that "went all the way"?
There were three defendants in the Panama City, Fla. case. One defendant Bob Feller walked no harm no foul, the other two defendants had to pay the fair retail value of the SC product. James appealed this award and the result of that is still pending. You would have to ask James how that went.
