I own a set of the CB SCDG's purchased in 2005, anything prior to 2006 or in the original release is supposed to be kosher. The concern about the later product was that CB did not keep up on the licensing of the music, and caused the later CAVS production to not be covered. They still had the right to produce the product, but CB didn't have the right to license them to do so. Yet CB still took CAVS money. That is why CAVS sued and beat CB in court. After the award, however, CB collapsed and was taken over, and CAVS never got paid their settlement. It never ceases to amaze me how large companies can avoid paying settlements and it is ok. If a host didn't pay a manu settlement, you can bet the certified hosts would be outraged. Have a blessed day.
