Once again, the singers/customers are not there to "treat" you or anyone else, regardless of how good they are at singing. They are not being paid to sing, therefore they have no obligation whatsoever. How can you not see this? Maybe this woman just doesn't like you.

Doesn't like me? I'm a big cuddly teddy bear. What's not to like??????

Sure I get your arguement, I feel that all I was doing was my best to make the young lady be heard to the best effect. Why would anyone not want this?

People like that, sing soft, so the music covers their voice up, and if you up the volume, they'll simply sing softer, or pull the mic farther away from their mouth.

That is exactly what will happen. I don't coddle the uber-timid singers. I'm not going to turn the music down to "2" because they whisper their song or refuse to hold the mic up to their face! If they sing low, they sing low. It isn't a reflection on the KJ anyway, everyone can see exactly whats going on.

Here's my take on this whole situation. You can't vent your frustrations on here, because some people on here will knock you, like you killed somebody..... they will question your skills, your personality, anything they can to make you guilty of crimes, you just think about, but never actually commit.....hell, they even bash you on your spelling & grammar.........makes them feel better about themselves....

Well, I'm leaning towards the OP.

Only thing I would disagree with you on crazy, is the "how women are treated" thing. Whether we like it or not, the more women that come in, the more guys that come in. Hence, Ladies Night. Not saying you should bend over and kiss her you know what, just saying that the more ladies that come in, the better it is for the venue and of course the host.

Hey Crazy,

I hope you know I wasn't trying to insult you or your skills. The point about the girl having her boyfriend with her is well taken, not that that would stop some of the guys I know over here ;-) Still she's probably got at least one guy in the bar drinking and maybe even buying her drinks, right?
