...A couple months back I updated the ole Karaoke Library with some All-Star Music. However, I was thinking about adding some Digitrax Music. Anyone using any of their tracks, yet?

I have been using it since they came on-line. So far my singers are happy with the songs. Also one of my kjs has been using the cloud and it has been good too.

...Thanks for the opinion. Yesterday I went to their website, watched & listened to some of their "Free Library." They looked & sounded good. Just wanted some feedback from others.

I bought their first "unplugged" pack but nothing since. They aren't listed on iCroons.com which is my defacto site for locating requested songs these days.

if it's a country song i go there first just to see, but i would love icroons to show it. is it icroons or DT that is not playing along?

So far my patrons have been happy with the new Digitrax cuts. I was a little put off by the page refresh of the first few but that seems to have been corrected.

All in all standard Chartbuster quality

icroons doesn't list songs from all star either to the best of my knowledge

iCroons get a piece of the action anytime you click on a download link at iCroons and then proceed to buy a track.

Until iCroons and Digitrax work out a similar deal, you won't see DigiTrax files via iCroons. The same applies to any other site that offers legal downloads.

That's assuming icroons actually get anything percentage wise for a click through buy (although looking at the links it does look like they link through an affiliate program). Otherwise they are just supplying a link to where you can buy it. Really doesn't do any good if they aren't supplying info to ALL tracks available imo - even if they aren't supplying links directly, they could at least point to the manu that made it like they do with many other manus that don't have direct buy links.

Latshaw answered a question from a user on their facebook page about this. Evidently All-Star has contacted them about having their download site catalogued on iCroons and it's just a matter of them getting their tech guys to make it ready for iCroons. All the affiliate sites need to provide a daily updated catalog and All-Star's download site isn't yet ready for it evidently but they don't expect it to be too long. Now that's for All-Star's download site but not Digitrax. I asked Latshaw last year about Digitrax and if memory serves, the folks at Digitrax don't like the idea of iCroons. Why would they? Why would a company that believes in renting music cooperate with a company that believes in owning music? That'd be like Hertz rent-a-car giving you directions to a Honda dealership

All a download site needs to do is to provide a daily updated catalog listing of their tracks and iCroons will catalog it. That's not too much to ask from a technical standpoint. Selectatrack, Karaoke-Version, and KaraokeDownload.ca were all doing that anyway and that's how iCroons started. iCroons has only been up since last August, but I'd be willing to bet it will cover a lot more by year's end, once other download sites get their act together like the big three already have.

Are you his go between? Why not ask Latshaw to answer here? It would be nice to here answers from the source.

Well to me at least with the Selectatrack & Karaoke Version links, he is an affiliate so any link clicked through that someone purchases, a small percentage goes to the affiliate holder - Latshaw. I am affiliates for places as well and have the same type of coding to indicate an affiliate sponser in the links. So it's more than just putting up links.

We use Digitrax quite often. I find their quality exceptional.

Not all, since CB isn't the only brand used. However, I'm sure the country will be top notch.

Has DT produced any new music under their own label yet?

Isn't the 2 disc set of Taylor Swift's "Red" album under their own label?

They have a line of 'unplugged' versions they created for those wanting something different - apparently doing well, although nothing i'd want.
