I finally decided to give the Karaoke Cloud a try and purchased a 10 song download from Ace karaoke at the following link.

After following all the instructions from ACE I chose my 10 songs, but when I go to my cart to check out on your website here's what I see...

Maybe you are unaware of this, but Gretchen has been known to post on this site, and also answer questions here as well... sometimes answers have been given faster here than by phone calls to Customer Service.
