I was curious to see which artists were the most popular, so here is a list of the most sung artists at the Bird from March. The number beside is how many songs from that artist were sung at least one time. 986 different artists were sung at least once overall!
Even though my top 100 most sung list don't reflect it, I guess we get more country than I thought !

Basing this strictly on my estimation, I'd say Adele is the clear winner at the moment. This is followed pretty closely by Journey -- not only "Don't Stop Believin'", thank God, but "Faithfully" and assorted others are super-popular among some of my more polished singers -- and, oddly (but enjoyably) enough, David Bowie.

Oh, and Taylor Swift. Lots of Taylor Swift.

Sorry, I haven't been getting into Adele. Something about her music just doesn't do it for me.

Adele's songs are very much tied to her interpretation and most of the people who love her songs and tried to sing them found it was harder than they thought. You can't just hear her tunes on the radio and do them without a lot of home practice first. So there was a flush of attempts and then most of them gave up.

Just an OCD thing I found Lonman. You have Alanis Morisette and Alanis Morissette...
