If someone sends me a snippet of the CSV file, I'll make sure it works with the "free book" generator...

As far as the songbook issue goes, I will probably purchase PCDJ Song Book Maker. It has options to have a similar look to Song List Generator AND works with CVS files. Looks like I should even be able to merge the file from the KJMP drive with one exported from SLG for my original library. We shall see how well it works. Just disappointing that I need to buy yet another software. Sure beats my original books though, used a CVS file in excel, manually formatted and removed duplicates, and printed a very thick book. Took mo about 50 hours to format.
