Just wondering if SC did not have the GEM's to sell to settle cases just what would they do?
They would most likely would take their existing cdg catalog or Foundations, Bricks and Mortars to use in place of the GEM. Then the host would need to go through the same certification program as any other.

Used to be pretty high priced, but the last 10 years I was buying they were in the same line as the other manus (sometimes cheaper).

Pre Gem Series the settlements included a set of remaining stock discs...I know one local that got those (no foundations or bricks...just mixed bag discs)

8) Thus from humble beginnings the GEM series was born. When the remaining stock of discs was exhausted in order to continue getting settlements SC had to come up with some sort of product. Not new product mind you but rehashed old product. Also by making GEM SC keeps the illusion at least of still being a viable product maker. If SC does not make any new product eventually all holders of GEM will be doing what I have been doing Golden Oldie shows. That's ok with the baby boomers that is where the money and the largest segment of the market is.

P.S. Athena this thing about integrity does it go for SC and PR? You are asking the hosts to sacrifice personal gain, are the manus willing to do this? If business and recovery is the primary objectives haven't they given up some of their integrity, since it is quite plain they are out for personal gain. In your case you hope to gain by the success of the manus, hasn't that in some way compromised your integrity, or at least your objectivity?
