I am beginning to believe that perhaps he forgot to pay. Kossack has posted on another forum that he does not know why the website is gone and that he is in communication with the web host provider.

My take is that perhaps Mr. Kossack just forgot to pay them due to possibly being an insufficient manager of his bank accounts. After all, he has a history of not checking his bank accounts as he admitted to The Nevada State Bar before being suspended from practicing law.

This statement is absolutely correct.

Also Kossack has posted on another forum that he does not know why the site is missing. He has freely admitted that he did not take it down and that he does not know if it was hacked. Sorry birdofsong, it appears that you have been misinformed.

Blog is back up. It was hacked. Timberlea and Insane are wrong yet again as they keep trying to trash Robert Kossack. Maybe you two just don't get embarrassed. But hasn't your credibility suffered enough?

Sigh. Drama, drama, drama. You guys are worse than the tabloids.

It was exactly like I said in the first place, but way to go, Bazza, for taking a shot at Chip and I whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Shall we move on to our regularly scheduled program?

I see that it was someone he knew that had his password and hacked into it.

I find it very curious to see that people in Kossack's personal circle close to him want to harm him. I wonder why?

The other site is a ghost town Smooth with just the wind pushing the tumbleweeds around. They don't want a debate they want an echo chamber where only one side is presented. Them and the GOP.

One thing is for sure Insane no one could harm you since you have no personal circle. In fact you have never really disclosed anything about yourself, so you should be real safe. No one would want to harm you anyway you are such a likeable individual.

I see that in his typically classless fashion, he has seen fit to impugn me by name by saying that it is merely "doubtful" that I orchestrated the attack on his server.

Not that it needs to be said, but I didn't.

If anything, I want his blog to stay up because the advice he provides to pro se litigants is so spectacularly bad.

I saw that too and felt it was completely out of line. Happy to see his site back up in general (always sucks to have something you have created, no matter how bad, useless or incorrect it may be, taken down by someone who is making a personal attack). But I still won't read it with any regularity.
