I told you all some time ago about the "Sound City" and "20 Feet From Stardom" documentaries. Did you see them? If you didn't you are truly missing out on some awesome stories.

Now I give you two more from the same genre that I KNOW every one of you will LOVE:

Muscle Shoals - A superb new documentary about Rick Hall and FAME studios and the now famous "Swampers" rhythm section.

Don't Stop Believing - Everyman's Journey - The crazy story of how Journey found their incredible new lead singer...on YouTube...from the poverty of the Philippines. A fascinating Cinderella story.

Put all four on your list. Just DO IT and report back!

"It Might Get Loud"

Great documentary on Jack White, The Edge (U2), and Jimmy Page, and the process of making great guitar music!

In case you missed the other two:

Sound City - Dave Grohl's documentary of the studio that spawned countless rock hits in the 80's & 90's. It's all about Analog recording. You listening Joe Chartreuse?

20 Feet From Stardom - The inspiring and heartbreaking story of the backup singers on literally decades of smash hits. You know their voices by heart, but have no idea who they are.

YES. Also a great one! Watching Jimmy Page explain how to play Kashmere was fascinating.
