Badsinger, thanks for the advice on the karaoke equipment. I now have a system in my home office that can actually take the paint off the walls if I turn it up above four.
I visit and post in forums for several reasons, the first reason is for information and second reason is to offer help to other if I'm able. The third reason is to get opinions from my peers on whatever subject is at hand, and to visit with members that I actually become friends with.
I like to see post that offer something of value. Not just chit chat. I really like the thread that asked why do we sing. Some of the answers really surprised me. Another thread I enjoyed was concerning the rules for KJs. - rules that don't seem to apply in my area. I've thought about printing them out and giving them to all our local KJs.
I'm going to post an new thread in a few minutes asking -
"When you started singing karaoke, how did you know that you had become singer, rather than just someone that gets up and sings?" There is a difference.

Don't you have to take courses to learn how to pick Dachsunds up without hurting their backs ? Those little things are adorable, but each time I tried to pick one up the owner would scream
"NO NO, you're going to hurt my Schnitzel's spine"

We will have fun after I catch you Maybe I could come down there and get snowed in
I was snowed in Mexico for 2 weeks (I think it was snowing) But reluctantly I had to come home while I still had gas money...They didnt have atm's in bars then or I might still be down there but probably be in the local cárcel...
Got bunch of parties now will be busy until the 1st....
