I've been drier than my mom's Thanksgiving Turkey for almost 20 years now, so my favorite drink is either a black depth charge in the morning (two shots of espresso in a cup of coffee) or for later, I love A&W Diet Cream Soda.

Alcohol...
Domestic Beer--MGD or Miller Lite...Coors or Coors Lite if neither one of those is available. If all the place has is Bud or Bud Lite, I'm drinking something else :puke:
Import Beer--Foster's, Dos Equis, Tecate, Guiness, Killkenny etc., etc. (Note to Jian...Tiger Beer ROCKS!! I think I drank about twice my weight in that stuff while I was passing through SE Asia!!)
Harder Stuff--Bourbon or Crown and Coke or 7up...Vodka with Cranberry or OJ (or BOTH-- ) Long Islands...
Non-Alcohol...
Soda--Mountain Dew...I drink it by the gallon!! If not Dew, Dr. Pepper
Water--I drink water like it's going out of style
Iced Tea--Something I've acquired a taste for since arriving in Texas
Milk does NASTY things to my stomach!!
It seems like I ALWAYS have to have a drink of some sort...doesn't matter if it's alcohol or soda or water or whatever...I'm always sipping on something

When I am hosting, I usually don't drink alcohol, just water. When I go out singing, there is this Mexican restaurant where I go. They make one mean blue cactus margarita. It's bright blue and really good. Usually, that's all I drink, just one. Sometimes I will have a second but normall one plus water.

i wonder why most of us who were HUGE milk drinkers as kids, don't drink it much as adults? my dad use to tell me he was gonna buy me a cow because i drank about a gallon every other day. now, about the only time i drink milk is when there's some left at the bottom of my cereal bowl.

Yep, that's true. What's funny is, I have 4 sisters...... NONE of them drink milk, nor does my mom, or my youngest brother. My other 2 brothers, and my dad, are like me....... they guzzle it.
Tastes change I guess. Heck, I ate ocra, collard greens and potatoes, and pickled pigs feet as a kid, even barbecued beef tongue (hoorah to being raised on a cattle ranch- :puke: )....... but I would starve before eating any of that crap now. And I never thought a thing of it as a kid.

As a kid and all the way up till about 40 I would guzzle milk by the gallons in fact my folks thought it might be cheaper to own a cow. Then when I was turning 40 I went on a nutritional regimen and my craving for milk went away. I have had probably 4 or 5 glasses of milk in the last 10 years. Guess whatever is in the supplements supplies what my body needs in this area.
Funny thing is that all of the stuff I would love to have with milk went away from my diet as well....OREO's.....Berry Pie.....Cake......etc. There is no way I could eat this stuff without a ice cold glass of milk to chase it down with. Not all bad I guess, as it sure has reduced the amount of sugar in my diet as a result.

Oh yeah milk and oreos - love em!
I think the only time I ever drank during a karaoke gig was my birthday.
The bar through me a big party - of course I was working and i'm really not a drinker, so they bought me tequila rose shots. I stopped counting at 12. The funny
part is I barely felt a buzz. Now if I would have drank 3 beers I would have been
drunk. hahaha I berped strawberries the whole next day

Once they found out I would actually exept a drink it was crazy.
Most of my regulars know I don't drink when I work, so they went hog wild
with the shots. I don't think I'll ever do tequila rose again - yuch!

I don't take milk; it sent me to the loo real fast. This is fairly common problem amoung Asian. I dirink soya milk, make them myself now.

While hosting it's "Beam & Sprite with Sprite on the side" They call it my science experiment, because you always see me pouring one glass into the other. Once my "beam" is so watered down with sprite, that sprite is all you taste, then it's another "beam & sprite"

I generally don't drink when working - mostly Sprite/7Up (or "clear" as my kids say). When out for fun, for the most part, only Miller Lite.
