If I'm ever single again I'll have to try singing karaoke with chocolate on my face. Then I'll get the dames.

I could think of a better place to smear chocolate

no vocals:
May I inject a note of caution here. The Hershey's chocolate sauce will probably be sufficient for your purposes right out of the container. If you cook it up in your fondue pot you run the risk of painful and potentially disfiguring damage to one or more of your parts that you may value and may want to use again. Please be careful. There are some places you just don't want to have to be rubbing on burn ointment.
By the way, (this is an editorial comment and in no way reflects the views of management, signed Management) you are the first person I've heard of in years who actually owns a fondue pot and is willing to admit that fact in public. You are a brave man!
To the rest of you (and you know who you are!):
As the result of this thread I am considering singing in hopes of picking up someone. I do, however see a potential dilemma on the horizon. Like most guys I'm hoping to attract a drop-dead gorgeous something or other wearing only a pair of Ray-Bans and a smile. What do I do if she turns out to be 5'1", 425 lb, owns a Ford F-250 with a gun rack (that's full), and wrassles grizzly bears for sport? I don't want to give anyone the impression that I'm your typical shallow only-one-thing-on-my-mind male (although admit it ladies—you are all hoping for Brad Pitt or [insert favorite boy toy name here]) but I do have standards. They may not be high but they are standards.
Actually I had this happen once. I was playing bass for a classic rock band and this woman (I use the term loosely) made a bet with her equally drunk friend that she could make me screw up the song I was singing. So right in the middle of the song she walked on stage and groped me from behind while I sang and played. I was lucky that despite an arthritic knee I was able to outrun her. Who knows what she might have been planning on doing to me?

yes, i am brave, but the fact remains I LOVE FONDUE! cheese, chocolate, even marshmallow. it's great. of course clean up sucks, but anytime you can dunk anything into something else and then eat it, well that's just heaven! lbister @ Fri Jun 09, 2006 9:55 am wrote: What do I do if she turns out to be 5'1", 425 lb, owns a Ford F-250 with a gun rack (that's full), and wrassles grizzly bears for sport? tell her to give me a call! that's my kinda woman! but only if it's a chevy 3500 with a gooseneck hitch. if she's a ford girl, i can't deal with it!

I can see I'm going to have to watch what I say and how I say lest my meaning/intentions be correctly interpreted.
Please be gentle with me. I'm just a simple farm boy (originally from Nebraska) who, until he suddenly found himself single again after 32 years, didn't drink (much), smoke, gamble or go out with big city women. I'm not sure how many more life changing experiences I can tolerate.
